Andrew Tate, 37, along with his brother Tristan Tate, 36, both former kickboxing champions and dual British-U.S. citizens, are no strangers to controversy. They are currently awaiting trial in Romania on charges that include human trafficking, forming a criminal gang, and rape. Prosecutors accuse the brothers of using a method known as the “loverboy” technique to coerce vulnerable women into producing online pornography, profiting to the tune of millions.

In this latest legal twist, the Romanian Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) is also investigating allegations involving the trafficking of minors, sexual exploitation, and money laundering. The Tates have consistently denied all allegations, with their spokesperson insisting on their innocence and claiming a political conspiracy is at play.

As part of the investigation, authorities have been seizing assets linked to the Tates, including 15 luxury cars, designer watches, and large sums of cash, all valued at nearly $4 million. One of their lawyers, Georgiana Popa, has contested these seizures, arguing that the cars are not the brothers’ property and that the legal basis for their confiscation is questionable.
